Mike is based in Suffolk, England and splits his time between his small homestead there and travelling to far flung places around the world eating indigenous diets. Most recently he completed a 3200km solo kayak expedition up the west coast of Greenland eating purely an ancestral Inuit diet with some ground-breaking results from extensive medical tests. Mike uses the results from his research to encourage debate into the global food system, why it’s not working and how it could.
