Mimi Casteel is an Oregon-based winemaker with a background in forestry and an MS in Forest Science. She has been practicing regenerative techniques on her own project – Hope Well, and at her parents’ farm, Bethel Heights, for over 15 years, and is considered as a guru of the regenerative viticulture movement.
