Nick Down oversees the 2,150 hectare farming business of the Yattendon Estate in West Berkshire on behalf of Velcourt. As a LEAF demonstration farmer Nick is an advocate of integrated farm management and is currently navigating a path into more a more resilient and sustainable production system alongside long-term environmental delivery.

Nick also acts as the Head of Environmental Sustainability for Velcourt, encompassing the areas of environmental land management and nature recovery, natural capital and ecosystem service markets and regenerative & sustainable farming in the market place.
