Oli is a co-founder of ELC, which has been setting up small farms for new entrants for 15 years. He is also a co-founder of the Landworkers Alliance, where he continues to sit on the Co-ordinating Group. He has 30 year’s experience of working on environmental and land management issues and with co-operative and community models.
