The Rt Hon Sir Oliver Heald QC has been MP for North East Hertfordshire since 1992. A barrister by profession, he has served as a former Solicitor General for England and Wales. He is a founding member of the Conservative Environment Network Parliamentary Caucus and a champion for nature-based solutions to climate change.
