Ottilie has spent the past 19 years in the tea trade, experiencing tea production from grower to producer to retailer, working for brands such as Twinings, Finlays and Fortnum & Mason. As Tea Buyer at F&M, Ottilie is responsible for selecting the finest and rarest teas from across the globe for the iconic luxury retailer. Ottilie has been responsible for passionately identifying, supporting and promoting small producers, giving them the opportunity of having their products represented by a world respected retailer and increasing consumer awareness of UK and European tea as a new market entrant to take notice of.
