Paul is the Managing Director at Sentry. He joined in 1988 as a trainee farm manager having studied at Shuttleworth Ag College. Paul then led the company’s management team in Eastern Europe spending 7 years in various locations in Poland and the Ukraine. He was involved in setting up and running several diversifications projects in the UK for Sentry. He left the company in 2010 to be involved in consultancy and business development both in the UK and Europe.
Paul re-joined Sentry in 2018 to take up the post of Managing Director. Since then, he has been prioritising the development of strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
