Paul is AHDB’s Knowledge Exchange Manager for Beef & Lamb covering the South East.  Paul has extensive training and experience within farm and environmental land management. His career in agriculture began on commercially run arable and livestock farms, followed by another 15 years working for conservation organisations and private landowners establishing and directly managing new and robust mixed/integrated farming operations together with, rejuvenating various struggling farm businesses. This sustainable husbandry was recognised and promoted within the LEAF Demonstration Farm network.  Prior to working for AHDB, Paul was the Farm Business Advisor for Hampshire County Council where he developed their county wide mixed farming operation so to demonstrate economic efficient strategies that ethically promote a beneficial partnership with the environment and the biodiversity it supports.
