Paul Sedgwick LVO, a Chartered Surveyor, joined The Crown Estate in 2014, as Deputy Ranger at Windsor. In 2021, he was promoted to Managing Director of both the Windsor & Rural portfolio extending to 205,000 acres of land across England & Wales. From April 2025, he also manages the Coastal portfolio, which looks after 50% of the coastline around England and Wales. Paul reports to The Ranger of The Great Park, His Majesty King Charles III, and oversees over 16,000 acres there.
