Phil is the NFFN Head of Policy, supporting farmer members to have their voices heard in key policy discussions. Prior to joining the network, Phil was a senior policy officer at the RSPB and before that he worked as an environmental advisor to farmers in County Down, Northern Ireland. Phil also co-hosts the podcast, Wheat from the Chaff.
