Professor Carl Sayer is the leader of the Pond Restoration Research Group in the Department of Geography at UCL. Carl undertakes research into the restoration ecology of aquatic habitats (lakes ponds and river-floodplains) and makes major efforts to transfer scientific findings into practical conservation and restoration action.
