Radka founded Nature Way Farm with the mission of providing regeneratively-raised meat to the residents of Milton Keynes. Her journey began five years ago when she started raising broilers to meet her own need for high-quality chicken. The number of broilers raised has been designed to match the demand, from an initial 120 chickens per year, sold directly to the meat box customers, to over 600 this year due to a surge in popularity for pastured, ethically-raised chicken.

Radka’s design of a lightweight, mobile chicken tractor combines the pastured and free-range systems. The chickens are processed on the farm, and sold directly to Nature Way Farm customers, maintaining a farm-to-table approach.
