Rhodri Lloyd-Williams produces Welsh Black beef and Welsh Mountain lamb and mutton in an upland farm in Ceredigion, Wales. Rhodri is taking active steps to boost the farm’s nature and climate resilience credentials, building on its long-standing organic status, including planting more than 90,000 trees in recent decades to capture carbon and reduce local flood risk, reducing tillage and ensuring high, healthy hedgerows provide shade and shelter for livestock.
