Rob worked as a farm manager for five years before joining Frontier in 2015 as an agronomist. In 2018 he became a technical specialist in break crop production before eventually starting his current role as Frontier’s sustainability specialist, supporting the business’ sustainable crop production and technical teams.

Today, Rob is responsible for understanding the technical challenges facing agriculture and how they can drive sustainability goals across food supply chains for the future. He looks at combining practical crop production advice with evidence-based insights in order to create viable, long-term farming systems, specialising in areas such as carbon sequestration and the principles of regenerative agriculture to ensure future farm resilience.
