Ruth is a dairy farmer from Leicestershire. Milk from her family’s 200 pedigree Holsteins is sold to Long Clawson Dairy, makers of Stilton. Ruth is also Sustainability Manager at Clawson, where she delivers the on-farm CSR strategy. Prior to this, Ruth spent 17 years working in the environmental sector. Ruth is an AHDB-sponsored Nuffield Scholar. Her study explored how dairy farmers & environmental organisations work together to achieve sustainable food security & combat climate change.
