I am the Assistant Farm Manager at RSPB Hope Farm, supporting the day to day running of the farm. I am also writing a review of prominent carbon calculators used in agriculture, assessing their emissions and sequestration accuracy and accountability, and their ability to encompass biodiversity within different farming systems. This includes assessing and producing a plan to reduce Hope Farm’s carbon footprint. I also assist the research trials on the farm, namely the Agroforestry trial.
