Steve McLean, Head of Agriculture & Fisheries. Business Lead on Low Impact Farming M&S Food. Steve became Head of Agriculture & Fisheries at M&S Food in March 2012 and has accountability for all agricultural and fisheries supply chain sourcing across the M&S Food business. As a business, M&S sourcing from some 12,000 farms globally, all of which fall under the Steve’s remit. Prior to joining M&S, Steve was Chief Executive & Company Secretary of the Texel Sheep Society as well as Business Director of BASCO Data Limited, a collaboration between the UK’s three largest beef & sheep breed societies and AHDB’s Signet Breeding Services, to manage pedigree and performance data.
