Taylor Smythe is a systems thinker, climate researcher, ecosystem builder, and social entrepreneur. She has traveled and worked extensively in communities in Nepal and Sri Lanka to implement community-led solutions to climate, circular economy, waste, food and water security. Her dynamic curiosity has led her to develop disruptive organisations that are challenging traditional notions of economics and empowering company leaders in Norway, Japan and Jersey/UK.
