Tom’s farm runs around 270 predominantly Stabilise suckler cows and finishes all the progeny. The main holding is Lower Brown Farm, Huish Champflower in Somerset. He farms 545ha on his Organic upland farm, using herbal lays, red clover, arable silage, permanent pasture and a diverse winter mix for out wintering. The cattle have a forage only diet and no concentrates are fed to any cattle. Around 270 cattle are out wintered a year.
