Uni friends Tom Barton and Phil Eeles co-founded Honest Burgers back in 2010. They started selling homemade burgers and chips out of a glorified tent, graduated into a site in Brixton in 2011. Now they have 45 restaurants around the UK, employ over 900 people and make 90% of their menu from scratch! Tom oversees menu development and sustainability, planning to tackle the business carbon footprint head on by sourcing food direct from regenerative farms.
