Tom is head of the Oxford and Cirencester Food & Farming departments for Savills. He provides farm management and business management advice to agricultural and allied industry businesses across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. Tom specialises in providing organic farming, regenerative farming and environmental stewardship advice. Tom is a past chairman of the Thames Valley branch of the Institute of Agricultural Management and lectures at Reading University on Contract Farming and Organic Farm Management. Tom lives in Buckinghamshire, near Princes Risborough where he runs his own wild venison business.
