Tom is a founding Director of 3Keel; consistently listed by the Financial Times as one of the UK’s top sustainability consultancies. Tom also founded Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs), which helps businesses build resilience through funding regenerative farming. Before setting up 3Keel, Tom managed a mixed farm in Oxfordshire, and worked on ancient forest restoration. Tom volunteers as a Director of The Green Estate CIC, and helps organise Food and Farming Consultations at St George’s House.
