Tom’s goal is to scale up regenerative agriculture in the UK by developing new incentive models for farmers which allows businesses and corporations to purchase the diverse range of environmental impact that farms can provide. Soil Heroes’ incentivises soil carbon sequestration, improve soil water storage and biodiversity gains which all build resilience into our food system and improve the nutrient density of our food.
