Vicky’s career combines her passion for farming and the environment. Twenty-two years with Natural England working on delivery and policy implementation of agri-environment including CS and ELMs before becoming LEAFs Technical Director. Vicky is now Head of Sustainability at Agricultural Industries Confederation, leading the trade associations sustainability work. A 2019 Nuffield Scholar, Vicky is on the advisory group of Agricology and two farmer clusters.
