Will is based in Somerset and manages NIAB Agronomy membership activities across the south-west alongside supporting our southern and western region agronomists.

He recently returned to the south-west after 15 years in East Anglia and Lincolnshire. A graduate of Reading University, Will started his career as an agribusiness consultant with Bidwells in Cambridge before moving into the life science sector with commercial and technical roles in Monsanto and Bayer. Prior to NIAB Will was the general manager of Greencrop Information at Dyson Farming. Alongside his regional agronomist role at NIAB, Will runs his own arable farming business near Taunton giving him a clear understanding of farming challenges.

He is focused on supporting growers to make the best crop and soil management decisions for the long-term benefit of their farming businesses
