Jonty is a passionate agroecologist with over 30 years of consultancy, advisory, lecturing, facilitation and mentoring experience. He is also the tenant and manager of a diverse 73ha organic and regenerative farm in the Cotswolds with a focus on habitat provision, pasture-fed beef and lamb, direct sales, events and market gardening. Jonty is a co-founder of the North East Cotswolds Farmer Cluster, one of biggest and most successful farmer collaborations in the UK, and the Emergent Generation, a new network of young regenerative farmers and leaders.
