Tristan Leslie

Tristan is a practical land manager with a key interest in regenerative agriculture and holistic management. He currently helps to manage the farms and nature reserves at the Earth Trust in Oxfordshire, and delivers training sessions for Vidacycle on using Soilmentor to monitor and observe the regen indicators.
Tristan was part of the initial FAI Farms transition from organic to regenerative production which enabled him to gain practical, first-hand experience of regenerative agriculture and its principles and sparked his initial interest. He continues to do in field monitoring with FAI using Soilmentor to monitor regen progress on their farm as well as supporting on their wider monitoring projects working with farmers who supply to McDonalds and Arla across Europe.
Tristan believes that farmer engagement and observation are key to a successful transition to regenerative agriculture.
