Justin is currently Chair of Allwyn Entertainment, Dexters, OVO Energy and Itsu Grocery. He is also a Non-Executive Director of M&S, Senior Adviser to Snappy Shopper, Rezolve and Boxfund Advisors. Justin previously held senior positions in Sainsbury’s, Asda, M&S, Häagen-Dazs, PepsiCo and Mars and was Vice Chairman & Senior Adviser at Terra Firma serving as director on several boards within the TF portfolio. Justin was awarded a CBE in 2011 for services to the retail industry.
