Ced has a 20-year career in media including 10 years at YouTube UK supporting creators of educational content. Fascinated by the impact of COVID lockdowns on food supply and eating habits, he transitioned into sustainable agri-business and hospitality in 2023, studying with Cornell, Wageningen’s Lighthouse Farm Academy and CISL. He currently consults with startups, NGOs and chefs whilst pursuing his own culinary endeavours at Ireland’s Ballymaloe Cookery School.
