Melissa Walker is a Regenerative Support Operator at Proctor Bros (LS) Ltd, working across both arable and livestock systems. Passionate about biological solutions, she supports the farm’s composting operations and use of biological inputs, alongside direct sales and on-farm events. A member of the Emergent Generation, Melissa is also committed to encouraging more young people to get involved in agriculture.
