Amy farms with her parents at Redwoods Farm in Devon. After being told that the farm wasn’t big enough to support her too, she decided to diversify into pastured hens and pigs and now farms these alongside her parents’ cattle, sheep and broilers. Amy has introduced direct meat sales into the system and manages the farm’s sales to butchers, farm shops and restaurants. The whole farm is a regenerative system with all animals being pasture raised and soy-free. Amy is passionate about the potential of pigs to regenerate and loves encouraging others to diversify their farms further.
