Edwin Brooks is an agroecological vegetable farmer and stockman and an activist regionally with The Landworkers Alliance and internationally with La Via Campesina. He is the founder of ‘Cow Club’ which is a member led conservation grazing project and beef CSA in the Southdowns National Park. His work centres community and he organises around land, climate and social justice.
