In a world of purchasing added value brands to produce a low value commodity, the exposure to the downward pressure of agricultural prices is fraught with the continual profitability dilemma and the opposite of basic economics; “produce more to make a profit”. This session looks at using the farms assets, produce and space in a way to enhance one of the key cornerstones of regenerative agriculture – Diversity and showcases what can be achieved to stabilise margins and ultimately profitability.
