Clare is a regenerative farmer & influential voice, with deep roots in both policy & corporate spheres of the agri-food world. Since the early 2000s, she has held roles spanning the entire food system – from grassroots farming to corporate strategy. As co-founder of the mentoring programme Roots to Regeneration, Clare supports farmers & professionals in navigating their own journeys into regenerative agriculture – helping them shift mindsets, build resilience, & design systems that work.
