Sam Best and Harry Dyer are the founders of Shrub, an ethical fresh produce provider to the London restaurant market. Their sourcing is predicated around UK seasonality and providing routes to market for smaller, human scale agriculture. They now work with over fifty farms in the UK, as well as being the exclusive trading partner of the Todoli Citrus foundation, Spain (a living seed bank for endangered varieties) and Two Fields Olive Oil, Crete. (a regenerative Olive Oil producer).
