Justin is a Master of Wine living in London. He consults on the commercial side of wine to a wide range of clients from producers to importers and restaurants, as well as making his own wine – Domaine of the Bee – in the Roussillon region of the South of France.
For the past 2 years, Justin has been exploring what grape-growers can learn from the regenerative agriculture movement. He created a course at the Dartington Trust in Devon to enable growers to learn about the emergent practices of regenerative viticulture, and he is also a trustee of the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation.
