James joined McCain Foods in September 2021 as Vice President, Agriculture for GB & Ireland. This involves sourcing over 700,000t of potatoes annually from trusted British growers, with many of those relationships beginning when McCain opened its first UK processing facility in 1969. The Agriculture function also includes our seed operations in Montrose and the initial stages of potato processing in our plants. James is a graduate of the University of Newcastle with a degree in Agriculture.
