This year’s Groundswell comes just a week before the British public go to the polls for a General Election. The next Government will inherit food and farming policy at a time of considerable challenge and opportunity.

Measures need to be taken across the next Parliament to improve public health, tackle climate change, restore nature and support a thriving domestic farming industry, but there are priority areas requiring immediate action.

This panel will consider what needs to happen in the first 100 days of the next Government to ensure success for food, farming and nature.
