Ben has worked in the agriculture industry for 25 years, since graduating from Wye College, University of London. Having previously held roles as an agricultural business consultant and Area Director, leading a team of Agriculture Relationship Managers, Ben is now Agriculture Sustainability Director at Lloyds Bank. He leads the Bank’s agricultural sustainability proposition, develops products and tools for customers and colleagues and works on internal and external policies.
