David is an award-winning ethical farmer, author, and sustainability advocate based in Scotland who pioneered the UK’s first commercial “cow-with-calf” dairy system in 2016. David co-authored A Dairy Story with his late wife, Wilma. His work has earned international recognition, including, most recently, an Honorary Fellowship from the SRUC. He wrote a chapter for the CiWF textbook, Regenerative Farming and Sustainable Diets, published earlier this year.
