Dr Amelia Hood is an ecologist working at the University of Reading. Her research centres around agroforestry, biodiversity, and soil health. She often includes farmers in the research process, for example where a team co-design an experiment together.  Amelia is currently developing a network of silvoarable farms working as living labs to test and identify optimal management for silvoarable systems, see: https://www.trees-in-fields-network.co.uk/
