I manage RSPB Hope Farm, where we have been trialling nature-friendly farming techniques over the last 25 years. Our key objectives were to increase biodiversity on the farm through the management and creation of key habitats, and demonstrate that increasing biodiversity can be integrated into the management of a conventional arable farm without negatively impacting profitability.
