Sarah Langford is a criminal and family barrister turned bestselling writer and regenerative faming advocate. Her second book, the award-nominated Rooted, is an account of her seven year journey transitioning a 250-acre arable and pasture farm in Suffolk to organic, woven around the stories of generations of farmers who taught her to love the land. Sarah regularly writes and speaks on food, farming and nature restoration. She is writing her third book on how to change the law to protect the natural world.
