Steph French is a systemic change consultant, supporting organisations to uncover hidden patterns and dynamics, to see challenges from different perspectives and to create new narratives. Her work frequently incorporates elements from her extensive training in systemic constellations (both family and organisational). She has a Masters in Human Nutrition and previously catalysed strategic work with food industry clients as well as being an early proponent of the fundamental role for nutrient density in any discussion about diets. She has worked with the World Bank on the development of farmer ownership models and, more recently, with the Sustainable Food Trust.
