Tristan helps to manage the regenerative, organic, mixed farm at FAI Farms in Oxford, and delivers training sessions on soil health using Soilmentor. He has monitored the soil health at the FAI farm for 5 years to document their transition to regenerative grazing. He is also works with Arla and McDonalds farmer networks across Europe to assess their soil health. Tristan believes that farmer engagement and observation are key to a successful transition to regenerative agriculture.
