Having practised as a veterinary surgeon for 6 years, Will returned to run the family farming business with his father Richard 2 years ago. Over the previous 5 years, the farm has been adopting more regenerative practices across the 4,000 acres with the goal of reducing synthetic inputs without compromising output and yield. The farm is currently benefiting from SFI funding as well as working with Wildfarmed and Agreena to facilitate investment into a sustainable future.
