Matthew Evans is an Australian farmer, food writer, broadcaster and chef who lives and works on Tasmania’s Fat Pig Farm, a soil-to-stomach regenerative farm and restaurant. Matthew is the author of 15 books, including On Eating Meat and SOIL, a hymn to the remarkable, and underappreciated bit of Earth that gifts us life. His most recent book, MILK, unpacks the truth and lies behind the original superfood. Matthew founded and curated the GROUNDED farm festival in Tasmania in 2024.
