Izak Van Heerden

Izak van Heerden, a 2023 Nuffield Scholar, explored “AgriLeadership for Tomorrow’s World.” With ten generations of farming roots in South Africa, he holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Stellenbosch. After moving to the UK, he worked on farms, lectured in ag, and now leads the AgriLeader programme at AHDB, focusing on leadership, people management, and behavioural change. His global study spans Europe, Canada, Latin America, and NZ to enhance agri-leadership practices.
