Henry Dimbleby is a leading authority on food systems, health, and sustainability. He co-founded Leon, building it into a £100m international business before its sale in 2021. As a government advisor, he authored the School Food Plan (2013) and the National Food Strategy (2021). From 2018 to 2023, he served as the lead non-executive board member at DEFRA. Now, as Managing Partner at Bramble Partners, he invests in and advises food businesses creating a more sustainable future.
