Sheila Dillon is a British food journalist and presenter of BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme, a role she has held since 2001. Dillon began her career as an editor and writer at the New York-based magazine Food Monitor. She joined The Food Programme in 1987, and her investigative work has earned numerous awards, including the Glaxo Science Prize and the Caroline Walker Award. In 2008, she received an honorary doctorate from City University for her contributions to food journalism
